Barbara Bartels has recently achieved a life-long dream and moved to Taos. She previously lived in Colorado where she is well known for her paintings, drawings and as a teacher for over twenty years. She works primarily in oils and is known for her vibrant use of color as she creates intimate landscapes and floral works.
