I began my work as a Santera ( Saint Maker) when I returned from Nepal and India where I had been working and studying. Having been influenced by the iconography of the Hindu Gods, I began a journey into my own Hispanic Culture and the world of Saints, painting and carving Santos. .I have recently begun exploring the wild west and the characters who roamed New Mexico.
